05 / Before you begin

Do I need to send video footage?
No. We create short product videos from your supplied photos using motion, transitions, text and calls to action. Footage is optional; filming and custom shoots are not included.
What should I have ready?
Usable product photos you have permission to use, accurate product information, your brand direction, intended audience and a destination URL. Include any offer terms and expiry date if relevant.
When does the two-day turnaround start?
After payment and receipt of a complete, usable brief. Missing information or unusable assets must be resolved before production can begin.
What if I need a change?
Your pack includes one consolidated revision round within the original brief. Gather your feedback into one request; a different product or campaign needs a new pack.
Will you post or run ads for me?
No. You download and post the assets yourself. Advertising spend, campaign management and account posting are separate from this offer.
